Ensures that all concrete projects meet Division 3’s quality standards. This role involves inspecting concrete work during and after construction, identifying potential issues, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires leadership experience in commercial construction and familiarity with safety protocols.

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for concrete construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Requires experience in the commercial construction industry, with a strong understanding of concrete materials and processes.
